Gift ideas for the people in your life you need/want to give a token gift to, without investing a fortune

I always have half a dozen people I need/want to get a gift for, but don't want to spend much on (maybe £20 or so?) - you know the people i mean: kind neighbours, a special cousin or two, a nice gesture to a friend, etc.

Anyone have ideas about some nice 'thinking-about-you-during-the-holiday-season' sort of gifts that will be lovely to give/receive that don't cost significant ££?

Well, tbh, I'd only pay about a fiver for those kind of gifts and it would generally be some 'naice' biscuits, or a pot plant, or some cupcakes.

Tin of biscuit; lovely Christmas tree ornament.

Prossecco is a fiver in asda and I would add some shortbread. It's plenty I think.

I think a fancy tree ornament is a lovely present. You don't need to find a permanent home for it and it doesn't add to the massive pile of edible goodies that everyone ends up with at Christmas.

Tbh I tend to regift for token pressies. We don't drink white wine in our house as neither DP nor I actually like it. So any bottles of white given to us get saved up and regifted at Christmas. Our neighbours who always take in parcels for us have been given quite nice bottles of champagne and prosecco from us over the years as we just don't drink it.

My go to gifts are;

Body shop hand cream
Travel mug/water bottle
Scarf

I buy nice biscuits in fancy tins from M&S when they are reduced & save them for the present drawer.

Yankee candles
Hand cream
Biscuits
Posh chocolates
Gloves
Scarf

I try and spend £5-£10 on these sort of people.

M&s have their half price biscuit tins ( this week it's the light up Christmas house with gingerbread ), they are £5.

Sorry to be slow in responding to these excellent suggestions. Will give some thought to what has been posted. Much appreciated.
