Have you seen the Brora flash sale. 4 days only, I think. £15 cashmere gloves here. Got three pairs for grannies and aunties. Bonza! (Plus may have gone a bit wild in the aisles.) Not bargain delivery, but if you're getting plenty…

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 30/10/2014 23:24

Did anybody get any frozen dolls from Ali express that were lovely and came really quickly ?!

frazzled74 · 30/10/2014 23:25

Notso, that looks good, I quite like the Melissa and doug wooden folding one too, but from experience I know that plastic usually gets played with more than wooden .

Notso · 30/10/2014 23:48

I've never had much luck with wooden houses/garages etc, bits always seem to come unglued. I used to be a TA in a nursery and we found the same there, even the very expensive stuff from the school catalogues just couldn't cut it.
We do have the Melissa and Doug wooden castle blocks which are much loved.

Frazzled last time I was in Wilkinsons they had a stabe shaped box with about four ponies and a couple of riders for £15.

MartyrStewart · 31/10/2014 00:13

IgnoreMeEveryOtherFuckerDoes · 31/10/2014 01:37

I have Matalan use once only if anybody needs £5 off £25 spend, £10 off £50, £15 off £75 spend

livinginhope87 · 31/10/2014 05:19

Choccostar- is the JoJo voucher like a normal gift voucher ie no restrictions? Thank you.

TrisisFour · 31/10/2014 06:57

Frazzled - only just within budget but playmobil have a children's pony farm on amazon for £39.97. I've got it for dd but will likely be holding back for her birthday now because she has too much already. You may find it cheaper elsewhere if you do a search. It's the children's pony farm though, not the large one.

Gosh this thread is so fast!

Ty to the poster who spotted red check pjs in Morrisons. I can get there on Tuesday so fingers crossed they have the sizes I need

My zavvi dvds didn't come yet. Had email to say one has been dispatched yesterday
I haven't had the cashback yet either do you not get it til both are dispatched?

Bit gutted someone has only spent £60 on their dd. I've spent over £200 on each of my dc! I must be doing it wrong

3pigsinblanketsandasausagerole · 31/10/2014 07:17

I need ideas for a nearly 13 year old girl who i don't know very well and lives in the usa.....

Callofthewild · 31/10/2014 07:25

Frazzled - Sainsburys have the Happyland Village for £19.99 (reduced from £59.99) and Mothercare have the Happyland Zoo for £35 (reduced from £70).

I'm looking for something Star Wars related (not an annual as he is getting that from someone else) for a just turned 4 year old boy up to about £10 if anyone has seen anything, thanks.

blindcaptaincat · 31/10/2014 07:31

call BookPeople have a Star Wars Flyers paper aeroplane book for around £4

SuperScrimper · 31/10/2014 07:36

Has anyone seen the Playmobil 123 ark anywhere for a good price? It was in the Sainbo's sale last year and I missed it :( this year, nothing.

VirtualPointyHat · 31/10/2014 07:42

Haha scrappy glad I'm not the only one looking for sheep

choccostar · 31/10/2014 07:42

Livinginhope87 the Jojo vouchers I got were both printed on till receipt paper tucked in a gift card. They had no restrictions. By the way the magazine does of course have some articles too, but as it says on the website it is aimed at "aspirational mothers".

MooseyMoo · 31/10/2014 07:44

Nails Inc have a 75% sale - some nice sets

waithorse · 31/10/2014 07:45

Guitarghoul · 31/10/2014 07:49

We have a jojo shop near where I live, there's never anyone in there, maybe we just aren't trying hard enough.

Notso · 31/10/2014 08:03

Just had a look at that magazine site because I am a mother aspiring to a cheap mini micro scooter Grin it says the minimum subscription is one year.
