I'm using Xmas budget and I really recommend it. I paid for the upgrade (can't remember how much may have been 69p of £1.69) you can store info for five people before having to upgrade if you want to add more. It's a great app. You can add an overall budget, a personal budget, or no budget and just keep an eye on your spend. You can build a wish list with links as well as an ideas section. You can also tick off when your present is wrapped and posted (I don't post any so use this as my arrived from china x

Pooppooo, we're ready early so I came back to link. I ordered this red or dead clutch for about a fiver. There was a pink/grey one too. Says its out of stock atm though but might be something in the "also viewed" section at the bottom Smile

Has anyone been on Aliexpress lately? I got my Elsa and Anna dresses and went on my account to say they've been received (although the seller took so long I think I'll delay in updating...) and under the 'confirm goods received' button is some URL in cyrillic (Russian?) script. I'm afraid to click on anything in case it's been hacked or whatever. I've not noticed it before and I've been checking daily to see when various things were being shipped. I'm not on the mobile site or anything, I'm here on my desktop PC.

The latest Very code is 4MMC6.
This is £10 off a £25+ spend, valid until 22nd September.
The other one may have expired.

If anyone used the Isme code from me, could they let me know if it worked please?

MooseyMoo · 11/09/2014 09:05

I've just bought some lovely christmas ribbon from Crafty Ribbons (White Christmas & Classic Christmas).

I also bought my DC a bag of assorted buttons to play with. I loved my mum's button box Smile. I'm going to do a button box each to pop into their stocking.

BuddyKringleberry · 11/09/2014 09:33

I ordered this Farah jumper in a size L in grey for £20 delivered! £50 in House of Fraser and other stores so definitely a bargain for his christmas stash x

Whatsonemore, we planned to do that when we saw the offer last year, but ended keeping it ourselves!! Blush Grin

A-ma-zing!!

Will be doing the same this year but I'm waiting to order a bit closer to the time. Make sure you check the Best Before dates... the website apparently says that they can only guarantee dates of between 6-8 weeks...

NorksEnormous · 11/09/2014 09:42

Does anyone know when the first argos 3 for 2 on all toys will be? If I remember right it was September last year!

waithorse · 11/09/2014 09:45

Free delivery today at The Works using FREEDEL.

Keepcalmanddrinkwine · 11/09/2014 09:47

how do you find the best Amazon add-ons? I have to order printer ink so it's a good opportunity to find some cheap bits but I'm struggling.

indyandlara · 11/09/2014 09:51

Considering the hamper too. Last year our local store had 5 for £20 in store which included the Continental selection. We split those for teacher gifts with wine.

Lioninthesun · 11/09/2014 09:52

If anyone has a couple just moved in together to buy for salt and pepper lovebirds

And then there is this - which I can't decide whether is for a 'grown up' man, a kid with a very expensive phone or some brave parents... bargain at £2.99 though! Fisher Price Batwing iphone case

KEGirlOnFire · 11/09/2014 09:59

indyandlara · 11/09/2014 10:05

Do you think they will be around at the end of October? Thinking about the dates on them.

PinkSquash · 11/09/2014 10:12

Norks I think it was towards the end of Sept, I have a reservation thing from the 29th so it'll be around then I think.

momwhereismy · 11/09/2014 10:34

If in asda check back to school range so stationary n lunchbox range lots of pen n pencil sets 25-50p I got some princess glitter pens for 25p n those little plastic pots with transformers, avengers, skylander, peppa pig are 25-50p. Lots good stocking bits really or for me girly bits were good for bulking out presents

KEGirlOnFire · 11/09/2014 11:07

Indy, a bit like Boots, up towards Xmas I think they do a new half-price offer each week. I got mine in either November or early December and the dates were OK on some right up until end of March.

Whatson, absolutely eat it yourself - I still remember the joy because I'm a saddo of opening that box when it arrived because even though you get a list of what's in it, it looks soooo much more when you open the box and you end up still finding individual bags of chocolate or small bags of chocolate when you think you've unpacked it all. Simply fab!!!
