Anyone know anything about Golf gear? Dad present

My Dad's obsessed with golf and tricky to buy for. I can't get him golf balls yet again. He's left handed and he travels a lot so plays in hot and cold places. This year it will be mostly cold places. Can anyone suggest a thoughtful gift? Budget under £100

Look on Groupon for golf away days?

American Golf do great snow gloves & the brand UnderArmour do roll necks & long sleeved tops with thermal protection - look on function18, Snainton Golf or Direct Golf. A lesson with the Pro at his usual or local golf club always goes down well!
Hope that helps! ....

I've bought DH rounds of golf on groupon and they always go down well.

Or how about www.greenfree.co.uk vouchers?

Or www.amazon.co.uk/Garmin-Approach-Golf-GPS-Unit/dp/B003VS2NSA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1386022295&sr=8-1&keywords=garmin+golf+gps - DH says these are very good.

Thank you!! Going to check if he has the Garmin thing and if not that's the one. Passed other recommendations to my sisters, he'll do better than usual this year, we've been spectacularly unimaginative in the past (golf socks, mugs with a picture of a golfer etc)

I phoned the local club and got DH a voucher for a lesson with the pro one year which he really loved.

Groupon have a deal on 18 month membership to Open Fairways for £25. They say it's worth £133 but it's more like £90. Still a good saving though.

Windproof gilets (ie sleeveless outer layers, so as not to impede swing) always go down well with my dad. Or good breathable waterproof trousers/tops. He quite likes the nike stuff as long as it's not too obviously branded (he's 73 and doesn't give a hoot about designer labels)
