£20 budget for make-up addict SIL?

My extended family is doing Secret Santa for the adults this year which is a huge relief as there are over 20 of us to buy for otherwise!

I got my new SIL. I don't know too much about her, except that she loves make-up - Lancome, Benefit, Bobbi Brown. I don't suppose anyone knows of something that comes in around £20 which would look nice? I looked at the Lancome counter the other day and it was about £17 just for a mascara! Benefit has a few things, but they have a romantic love theme this year which makes me feel a bit awkward as I don't know her too well yet!

Ooh I want the stila set instead now, where is it from ?

Isn't there a Benefit special deal coming to Boots at the end of November which would probably be in budget?

Apologies if this has already been mentioned but have you tried Avon? I am a make up snob (Claims, Dior etc) but Avon is great for party/ glittery/ little bit of fun make up. (Don't buy they nail varnish though).

I too heard there was a benefit set coming up in the Boots offer of the week (which is usually around £19)

The Clinique Black Honey set looks good.

Thank you everyone! I think the Stila present may be the one, but I'll make a list with your suggestions and check things out in the shops Smile

nars eyeshadow primer or smashbox primer

southeastastra · 17/11/2013 21:37

wouldn't buy colour for someone but can't go wrong with a good primer

Just thought of another pressie, what about a beautiful make up bag?

the MUA pallettes are £4 and they are AMAZING. Called undress me and undress me too I think. Really pigmented for £4 and I love the colours.

Then buy one other thing and see if they will put loads of free samples in as well - clarins are normally really good with freebies if you buy x
