Has anyone bought these before? It's £20 for a filled stocking and I am very tempted. So if you have, could you tell me:

  1. what was in it
  2. good value for money iyho
  3. age appropriate (3+, 8+, 14+)

Reeeeeeeally bad reviews on there but I wonder if happy people don't bother?

I know, thats's what I was wondering! I had a load of the pocket money pieces in my basket and thought, what if i just bought the stocking, but don't like the idea of not knowing what I get!

I would assume they mostly contain the sort of wind up toys/pocket money things they sell in their stores.

I haven't bought one though, because I really really love collecting stocking fillers myself and also wouldn't like the not knowing aspect.

I think I'll just buy the little single items, and that way I get what I want. :) I love Christmas and we're only in September :)

I wouldn't bother... Just do then yourself. It will be cheaper and more appropriate because you know your children.

Have I admit I'm a little curious as to what is actually in them!

I bought one last year & think I got more for my money than if I'd filled the basket with individual bits & pieces. Not doing it again this year because don't want to risk a 'repeat' on the gifts. I added a few things like chocolate coins. The 8+ was age appropriate for 8 year old DS.
