Rattitude · 14/11/2012 18:35

Eddas · 14/11/2012 18:40

A small (well not too small) bar of a really nice chocolate, like G&B.
They do Mini Bars you could do a selection? Grin

Oooh Oooh, sort of stealing 44 s idea...
Lakeland Limited do a silicone mould to make little chocolate spoons (so all chocolate rather than a real spoon).

I'm going to trial them for DD school Christmas Fayre., in cellophane bags.

One of those shaker things for dusting cakes with icing sugar but with cocoa powder in it. I know what I mean!

NotQuintAtAllOhNo · 14/11/2012 18:54

Put it in a nice mug, rather than a basket?

spottymoo · 14/11/2012 19:21

Should have added dd is 10. So think I better miss the whiskey Wink

Like the idea of the chocolate spoons I decided to do it in a basket as the mug us a Jamie Oliver one that comes in a nice tin Grin

Chocolate and cookies will go down a treat

The sprinkler thing sounds good as well anyone seen any stencils the type you get at costa on coffee

Tiny grater with a little bar of choc and a whole nutmeg?

bedmonster · 14/11/2012 20:37

One of those little electric frother gadget things?

snowballinashoebox · 14/11/2012 21:03

Some of those stencils so you can dust chocolate over the top. Ebay and amazon have christmasy ones.

PrattingAroundTheChristmasTree · 14/11/2012 21:46

Ikea have some stencils. How about a candy cane to stir it?

finleymoon · 14/11/2012 22:43

Got some stencils from Asda today. They were £1.50 for 8 different ones.

pigleychez · 14/11/2012 23:27

Im planning similar for DD's teachers.

Ive bought this for choc spoon stirrers.

and these stencils.

Contemplating making my own marshmallows too!

4forkssake · 14/11/2012 23:35

Sainsburys also have the stencils in for similar amount to the asda ones. They were in the baking section as are also advertised as cupcake (& coffee) stencils!

fuzzpig · 15/11/2012 13:17

I'm considering making marshmallow stirrers - put two big marshmallows on the end of a stick, dip in melted choc and sprinkles, leave to set.

You can also get caramel waffle things that you put on top of the cup until the caramel melts.

1stMrsF · 15/11/2012 14:01

I have done this for a 13yo and also included a choc cookie kit - she likes baking. You could buy one (mine from whittard and includes reindeer cutter) or make one (various threads on here about cookie in a jar presents). If buying biscuits, Whittard also have Christmas Pudding Shortbread Stars :)

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 15/11/2012 17:11

Ooh yes to those waffle things - they are gorgeous.

Did you get different flavours of hot choc sachets? The coconut ones are quite interesting.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 15/11/2012 17:12

Oh and Starbucks have their bottles of gingerbread syrup in now too.

PrattingAroundTheChristmasTree · 15/11/2012 17:18

Yy to those caramel waffles. They are a favourite of mine.

morethanyoubargainfor · 15/11/2012 17:19

Flavoured sugar cubes? Used to be able to get them in whittards, a mint one in a hot choc is lovely.

milk · 15/11/2012 17:22

Lidl sell the Caramel waffles things :)
