I am well into my christmas shopping now Grin . Just wondering if we can share any good reductions online for those early organisers. I got some lovely body lotion from L'occitaine last week 70% off plus a code for free shower gel and I've already used half a pot of one of the lotions already Blush but I just checked and it's finished Sad .

I remember last year I got a practically free tin of celebrations from viking direct via here and on the look out for bargains and was hoping people would share.

If you have someone who would like dove toiletries see this thread for £30 of free dove stuff from ocado (I've already ordered mine probably use it myself though

Bea it may be worth checking Asda for same table as they had it for 25 or 30 pounds not last Xmas but one before. Am sure is same as had train set with it too. Is great but even better for that bit less, hey.

25% off Dorothy Perkins on Vouchercodes
Thinking of dm's/dsis's etc

Kelly281 · 02/09/2012 20:57

Just marking my place here at the moment. So exciting!

Wigeon · 02/09/2012 21:05

Thank you Levantine - just ordered those lovely books from The Book People for presents to take to some birthday parties DD is going to soon.

oreocrumbs · 03/09/2012 09:20

The happyland zoo from Debenhams arrived today, sadly it is the small set.

It looks ok, but I won't keep mine. DD already has a big happyland set bought for Christmas and this was just a too good to miss offering.

pickofthepops · 03/09/2012 09:52

How cheeky to show the big pic. I will cancel our order tks for updating

reastie · 03/09/2012 12:38

Thanks for update oreo . Glad I didn't take a punt on it as would have been a pain for me to return. Worth a go though I guess.

Not an online offer but went to sainsburys today (in hunt of the toy wheelbarrow for £1 a previous poster wrote about - none in my store though) and they had tons of crafty things 70% off - I got loads of glue/pipe cleaners etc to do with DD plus also sets like making a princess wand/make a garden with foamy stickery things, making fairy wings etc etc, all very very heavily discounted (don't think I paid more than £1.50 for anything). Am going to keep hold of them for DD in the future when we get bored on rainy days inside.

Hi all, this is a great thread! I've managed to get the Ocado Dove deal and books from the Book People website, so thanks to whoever recommended those! I found this OPI nail polish set today, which if it goes down to £7.50, will be a great gift for a friend/female relative!

SharpObject · 03/09/2012 14:23

Some great bargains, thanks for all the links!

MooseyMoo · 03/09/2012 18:20

I'm gutted the elc zoo is a small version - sorry! I haven't received mine yet, though it has just been despatched. Ah well, it was worth a punt.

Instead I've bought this mini kitchen for DD (she loves play kitchens but our front room is too small):

ethelb · 03/09/2012 19:58

Ocado are doing bottles of Hendricks for £17 at the mo. Would be a good adult pressie or to add to the booze stashGrin

serin · 03/09/2012 23:30

Or just keep for oneself ethelb!

ethelb · 04/09/2012 15:38

I wonder if it really would last until December.....!

sillyily · 04/09/2012 17:49

Marking my place Grin great thread!

oreocrumbs · 04/09/2012 19:37

Debenham's zoo update I've had an email today appologising for their error - showing the large zoo set but it only being the small. They have offered me a £12 refund as a gesture of goodwill. As I only paid £25.50 that brings the cost down to £13.50 (if I've counted on my fingers correctly!)

So if any of you still have it ordered, I imagine this will be offered to you too. They also offer to arrange for it to be collected and returned if you do not want to keep it.

I'm quite happy with that and will keep it now.

pickofthepops · 04/09/2012 19:47

I got one too and have replied to ask I a cash refund or debenhams credit. No r as yet. will send back if a credit note as I don't shop there enough. Good customer care tho.

reastie · 04/09/2012 21:19

I thought i might give the happyland zoo a go and try claiming back the refund you got, but it seems to have been taken down from their site now

Marking my place, brilliant thread. I have ordered the dressing gown and playmobil boat already!

oreocrumbs · 04/09/2012 22:32

The book people have The Hairy Dieters cookbook for £4.99, its back in stock now, I've just ordered 2 (one is for my Christmas present from DP!)

It is £9 on Amazon and if it is as good as the programme and their other books, will be a great gift.

sagelynodding · 05/09/2012 01:22

Marking my place! I need this Christmas to be as cheap as possible :)

doublecakeplease · 05/09/2012 14:31

Not on line (sorry!!) but apparently Superdrug have launched their BIG sale instore only. According to Martin's Money website they have:

Rightguard for women - 10p (£2 elsewhere)
Piz Buin 1 day long lotion - 10p (£8 elsewhere)
Amber Soleil sun lotion - 10p (£5 elsewhere)
Beauty UK Blusher Mousse - 10p
Charles Worthington hair spray - £1 (£7 elsewhere)
Weaning spoons - £1
GOSH eye dust - £1 (£6 elsewhere)
Jergens moisturiser - £1.99 (£4 elsewhere)
L'Oreal solar expertise soothing milk - £1.99 (£7 elsewhere)
Plain Lazy wash bag set - £1.99 (£20 elsewhere)

they're claiming to have 500,000 items at 10p but this is unconfirmed - might get some stocking fillers??

iseenodust · 05/09/2012 14:43

I just bought fleabag monkeyface books from the Works for £7.99 the pack of 6.

iseenodust · 05/09/2012 14:45

They've also got packs of the Horrible Geography series, I think 10 books for £11.99.

oreocrumbs · 05/09/2012 15:55

I went to superdrug today, they didn't have anything in for 10p, but did have a 99p basket that had nail varnish, make up brushes make up etc in. I was working (well a loose definition of work, it involved a quick meeting then a wander through the shops Blush ) so will explore properly tomorrow when I go shopping.

I did go to the body shop, they have a lot of stuff half price I got some bubble baths as stocking fillers. What I did get that might be of intrest is a voucher for £10 a £25 spend. There isn't a minimum spend to get the voucher so if you want to spend more than £25 in there I would go in and buy something for £2 and get the voucher. Voucher redeemable 3/10 - 01/10 2012.
