I am well into my christmas shopping now Grin . Just wondering if we can share any good reductions online for those early organisers. I got some lovely body lotion from L'occitaine last week 70% off plus a code for free shower gel and I've already used half a pot of one of the lotions already Blush but I just checked and it's finished Sad .

I remember last year I got a practically free tin of celebrations from viking direct via here and on the look out for bargains and was hoping people would share.

If you have someone who would like dove toiletries see this thread for £30 of free dove stuff from ocado (I've already ordered mine probably use it myself though

There's an extra 25% off GAP sale today only.

MistressIggi · 25/09/2012 09:31

whoneedstosleep - thank you for that. Confused now as it gets be 20% off, but it's a fiver more than most places to start with - can't decide whether £44 is the best deal I'll get! (Would never have occurred to me to look for deals pre Mumsnet!)

gleemama · 25/09/2012 09:33

MooseyMoo Oerocrumbs Thanks. Have checked my Space NK account, and my order says being processed. Will see. Fingers crossed i get my order. Had a few presents sorted.

TantrumsandBananas · 25/09/2012 09:47

Just been to Home Bargains and bought some stuff! Amazing, I have heard of it, but haven't got a shop locally.

THANKS for pointer.

LOVE this thread.

whoneedstosleep · 25/09/2012 10:41

mistress I looked round the usual places, toysrus, amazon, very.
£43.99 from ELC was the best I could find.

However ELC do a price match promise. It might be worth asking if they would honour the price match then ask for the 20% off?

IsItMeOr · 25/09/2012 10:53

Has anyone found any good deals on the Octopod? Best I can find is ELC with 20% off using codes you lovely people have found - so £27.99 including free delivery. It still seems quite a lot for what it is though - and I can't see it standing up to that much play.

milk · 25/09/2012 11:09

On the Aug 20, 2012, the Octopod was £23.97 on Amazon.

5inthebed · 25/09/2012 12:55

Argos usually have their 3 for 2 sale in October, hold off buying the bat cave until then mistress.

The3Bears · 25/09/2012 13:06

The argos 3 for 2 on toys starts tomorrow 5inthebed Grin

gleemama · 25/09/2012 13:14

According to HotDealsUK the Argos 3 for 2 offer starts tomorrow. Don't know if its confirmed or not. Might be worth checking out tomorrow though, just in case. Also £5 voucher for £50 spend or £10 voucher for £100 spend.

gleemama · 25/09/2012 13:14

Cross post The3Bears

Oh excellent! Love that deal.

IsItMeOr · 25/09/2012 13:28

Wow milk that's precise Grin. I will keep an eye on Amazon in case it comes down again. I've got a basket of things "saved for later" and keep checking it every day.

TantrumsandBananas · 25/09/2012 13:33

Not very good at bargain - hence love this thread but found this and thought it was good value ....

TantrumsandBananas · 25/09/2012 13:34

Sorry, getting my head round doing a link! It was£45 reduced to £15.

WineGless · 25/09/2012 13:45

Ooh thanks tantrums

scrappydappydoo · 25/09/2012 14:26

Don't forget that Sainsburys will probably have a half price sale in October. Although you have to get up early and your trainers/boxing gloves on to get what you want ;)

zipzap · 25/09/2012 14:52

Not able to read all if the thread on my phone but for those interested in book box sets of dr Seuss, the wimpy kid and loads of others (from 3 hunger games books £5, 15 roald Dahl books £15, mr men £25 instead of £90, 10 George gently adventures £10, 10 Julia Donaldson £10, Etc'and also all the booker shortlist)

Anyhow check out thebookpeople.com - for the stuff they have in their catalogues they are much cheaper. And sign up for the catalogues (no obligation to buy anything) as it makes it easy to see what new stuff they have but also sign up for their email info, as there are often little promotions with money off or fee postage.

And if you just need cheap books, check out their end of line clearance store - www.bananas.co.uk. Lots of very cheap books but buy when you see as good stuff can move quickly

Titsalinabumsquash · 25/09/2012 15:08

I got 5 pressies today. Amazon had 20 horrible history books for £15 but not box set that I could work out so I can easily split them between 2 of my nieces.

I also got 3 board games on home bargains for £20 including delivery for my boys.

gleemama · 25/09/2012 15:08

Sainsburys half price toy sale, is usually the Thursday of half term. That's the 25th of October, here anyway. Smile

gleemama · 25/09/2012 16:01

Yeah, my Space Nk order has shipped. Smile Thank you MisseyMoo, for posting the offer. Thanks
