I am well into my christmas shopping now Grin . Just wondering if we can share any good reductions online for those early organisers. I got some lovely body lotion from L'occitaine last week 70% off plus a code for free shower gel and I've already used half a pot of one of the lotions already Blush but I just checked and it's finished Sad .

I remember last year I got a practically free tin of celebrations from viking direct via here and on the look out for bargains and was hoping people would share.

If you have someone who would like dove toiletries see this thread for £30 of free dove stuff from ocado (I've already ordered mine probably use it myself though

insanity the ELC code doesn't work - has it run out or have you typed it wrongly [hopeful emoticon]? :)

Prizepudding · 14/09/2012 13:56

Flubba, try the code SAFARI, it should give you 20% off.

Anyone wanting an innotab 2, use the above code at ELC and you also get free delivery, takes the price to £67.99, slightly more if you want the leapad.

reastie · 14/09/2012 14:24

Damn - went to the east website and found great necklaces but when I tried to order them it wouldn't let me as I don't have the most up to date safari browser or something Hmm then by the time I'd downloaded it the ones I wanted were out of stock Angry - who is it who has bought up all my necklaces then?! - show yourself!

iseenodust · 14/09/2012 14:48

Not me. I went into East in town and left with a blouse for me...not the plan. Grin

flubba · 14/09/2012 14:52

It's me reastie I just bought four :o :o (and only a little bit guilty) - that's female relatives part-sorted.

Thanks PrizePudding (LOVE the name!), I've used that and bought presents for all DCs and nephews/nieces and only spent £50 (that's eight of the darlings buggers ) including two birthdays tightwad alert :)

Thegoddessblossom · 14/09/2012 15:22

Just bought those bubble rockets from The Works and the Horrible Histories box set for DS1, 19.99!

reastie · 14/09/2012 15:22

Grin I ended out buying 4.....just not the 4 I originally wanted, should still work I hope though. Got this one for SIl who isn't especially bold jewellery-ish - hoping it's simple enough that she'll like it and not look too cheapish. Thanks for the tip whoever it was.

Dammit

I've received the bargainous Ultimate Band Wii game but the kids already have it.

If someone wants it for what I paid, please PM me :)

BlameItOnTheCuervo · 14/09/2012 16:05

insanityscratching · 14/09/2012 16:05

P.S. That East sale is all kinds of awesome. So many things I neeeeeeeeeeeeed for meeeeeeeeeeeeee :o

iloveblue · 14/09/2012 16:21

Super scribblenauts DS game on Amazon for £5.50.
It's a great game - although it says age 12 and up my 8 year old got it for Christmas last year and loves it. Great for spelling too.

iloveblue · 14/09/2012 16:37

Also some good deals in The Hut's toy clearance
here

Titsalinabumsquash · 14/09/2012 16:38

If anyone's DCs are into Horrible Histories they have the whole set of books in The Works for £19.99 down from £100.

Arithmeticulous · 14/09/2012 16:42

I take heart from the fact Zhu Zhu hamsters which were absolutely must-have toy from two Christmases ago, are now seriously reduced.

I put 4 East necklaces in my shopping basket, but I'm just not feeling the Christmas bargain rush yet Hmm

iloveblue · 14/09/2012 16:54

Also just seen on money saving expert Debenhams have an automatic 10% off all Lego plus you can get an extra 10% off with code MF37. Probably not as good as the Toysrus deal - but might be better if you only want one thing.

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 14/09/2012 20:05

I'm desperatly rying to find a kid suitable camera (Not necessarily kiddizoom a noral one may be ok) for a 3yo...for under 25 of my great british puounds :o

Anyone who knows o any offers, you'd be much lovd by me :o

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 14/09/2012 20:06

Although maybe I should just not buy one and use the money to learn how to type properly Hmm

PersuedByPenguins · 14/09/2012 21:04

More jewellery (Carrie Elspeth) here on site I linked to earlier

Badvoc · 14/09/2012 21:06

Amazon have a blue kiddizoom video camera for £24?

silver28 · 14/09/2012 21:54

It's worth keeping an eye on amazon for kiddizoom cameras. I bought the 'cars' one for just £15 back in march. Prices on most of the items I'm watching at the moment vary every day.

BuntCadger · 14/09/2012 22:00

We've already got the camera, so although the video recorder is tempting I just think it'd be wasted

reastie · 15/09/2012 07:55

I've just bought for DD one of these fab looking animal cuckoo clocks which with the code MUMSNET20 is only £20 plus postage (I think £3.95) - half the price of amazon! If you order please can I refer you use this link as then I get money off future orders Grin and you know you all love me for all the money you've saved for starting up this thread

OP posts:
reastie · 15/09/2012 07:56

Oh, and just to add the clocks don't make noise when the room is dark apparently thank goodness - genius!

blondieminxwithGOLDandORANGE · 15/09/2012 08:23
