I am well into my christmas shopping now Grin . Just wondering if we can share any good reductions online for those early organisers. I got some lovely body lotion from L'occitaine last week 70% off plus a code for free shower gel and I've already used half a pot of one of the lotions already Blush but I just checked and it's finished Sad .

I remember last year I got a practically free tin of celebrations from viking direct via here and on the look out for bargains and was hoping people would share.

If you have someone who would like dove toiletries see this thread for £30 of free dove stuff from ocado (I've already ordered mine probably use it myself though

Poundland have Horrible Histories books and dvds and quite a good selection for any HH fans or as cheap stocking fillers.
Tesco have reduced their stationery, lunch boxes, back packs got a £10 pack of Sharpies for £3, spiderman filled pencil case for £2, lunch box £2, water bottle £1 and had Hello Kitty equivalents.
Nice to pad out the Santa sacks and useful too.

Badvoc · 12/09/2012 18:59

Ooohhh need seem hello kitty stuff, thanks

3duracellbunnies · 12/09/2012 22:16

Oh are the HH DVDs the BBC version or the cheaper ones? Might have to go for the books anyway.

insanityscratching · 12/09/2012 22:25

Not sure tbh they don't have the characters on the front but cartoon characters I assumed they were the older editions tbh.The books are the current ones as dd has a few of them already and a few more to come now at only £1.

3duracellbunnies · 12/09/2012 22:37

Yes they don't look like the horrible histories with the actors on, looks as if I will need to get on amazon.

Despite dissing Studio 24 on another thread, I've just ordered the Innotab 2 from them Blush. As recommended by Katnesscupcake Best price I could find too. Link gives 10% discount and free delivery - not sure if this is just for new customers.

www.24studio.co.uk/ss/landpage90.jsp?source=TY18&cm_mmc=Studio_P--PPC_Non_Brand--Google-_-Innotab_2&gclid=CJbeip36sbICFcPHtAodmUkAYA

Quoted as 28 days delivery so not a last minute christmas buy. Alternative order code for free delivery is 012.

I think I'll be using that ELC code for DS! Thanks!
But still need ideas

fuzzpig · 13/09/2012 08:57

(for 3yo DS I mean)

DoubleMum · 13/09/2012 09:23

Those HH aren't from the TV series, they are from an older cartoon and are a bit pants TBH.

3duracellbunnies · 13/09/2012 09:30

No point in Horrible Histories without Mat Baynton

3duracellbunnies · 13/09/2012 09:31

Opps did I say that out loud?

saladfingers · 13/09/2012 09:35

A word of warning re ELC I recently ordered a few games from them in the sale for my presents box for parties etc. They were delivered by City Link late one afternoon in a green ELC bag.Every single item was damaged. There is no phone number to speak to online store anymore.I returned everything to local mothercare/ELC where they refunded my money. They were quite disgusted by the state of the goods but did say that in future if i had order delivered to store then it would come in a box and so risk of damage minimal.Worth considering if you can. However i was enticed by free P&P as hate going to ELC with my 3DC in tow!

oreocrumbs · 13/09/2012 11:08

saladfingers, I had the same thing, I mentioned it upthread, and another poster said the same. Mine were crushed, they looked like they had been stamped on Hmm.

As it happens I was working in town the next day so had a chance to pop into a store and exchange them so it was ok for me, but had I not been then I would have had to make a special trip with DD and wrestle every toy in the shop off her.

Also since they have closed a lot of stores it is not as easy to get to one as it used to be.

Mock the week book in poundland.

PersuedByPenguins · 13/09/2012 17:36

STUDIO 24 INNOTAB 2 USE CODE 030 FOR 10% OFF AND FREE DELIVERY

louiespence · 13/09/2012 18:22

Thanks to whoever recommended the Ultimate Band wii game, that will be a great stocking filler for DS. I also picked up Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 wii game for 93p (£2 postage) at the same time, I know it's a bit dated but 4yo DS hopefully won't notice!

I have also bought the BHS groupon, I have found these [[
www.bhs.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?beginIndex=1&viewAllFlag=&catalogId=34096&storeId=13077&productId=6099304&langId=-1&sort_field=Relevance&categoryId=471623&parent_categoryId=471108&pageSize=40&refinements=category~[472007|471623]&noOfRefinements=1 Mike the Knight Pyjamas]] and matching robe that I know DS2 will love!

louiespence · 13/09/2012 18:26

Re the BHS. Groupon, there is also a code currently that lets you have £5 off if you spend £25. It's AUTUMN05, and if you can use this alongside the Groupon, that will be £25 of stuff for your £9!! Not sure if they will let you redeem the coupon and use the code at the same time, but I'll let you know when I try!

louiespence · 13/09/2012 18:30

CKIN2U only £14 at Debenhams!! Makes a nice gift, I've had some before it smells lovely.

insanityscratching · 13/09/2012 18:35

HM32 will get you 10%off at Debenhams and SHD1 will give you free delivery.

HX48 should give you 25% off at ELC
