Last minute stocking fillers for 3 year old

Okay, so my last shopping day for DS and possibly DP is tomorrow when they do late night shopping in town.

I have about £25 left. I want to buy stocking fillers for DS - he currently has a small wind up toy I bought ages ago, and some cardboard food for his shop set which he got last year and I decided he was too young for. That's it. I want chocolate coins, and I've seen an expanding Thomas flannel in Boots, the rest is going to be ad libbed Xmas Confused Other than that, all he has from me in the way of "main presents" is a couple of books so I'd like to get him something else as well if possible.

Stocking fillers need to be cheap, I don't want to spend more than £10 on the whole thing. But this is his first year of having a stocking! :) I want to get him a set of toy pots and pans for his toy kitchen as well but not sure where to look.

ELC is out, the store in town has recently closed down. No toys-r-us. We have a hawkins' bazaar, Boots and M&S, a tesco express, an independent toy shop, WHSmith, The Works, that's all I can think of which comes to mind, toy-wise.

Where do you buy chocolate coins from? Xmas Blush

I got my chocolate coins from boots. Have you got a poundshop? They're good for sticker books and small toys. The Works is mainly books but have got a few games/musical instruments.

Am wondering if you live near me as the description of your town is exactly like my town Hmm

Anyway, choc coins can be bought from most places these days - Tesco would have them, M&S would or if there is a Thorntons, they definitely would.

Is there a Poundland/Poundworld in your town or a B&M bargains? If so, you can get good stocking filler stuff from there.

I have filled my DS's stocking with all sorts of stuff - pens, pencils, yoyo, festive rubber duck, bouncy ball, new cup (and tons more stuff but that is just what I can remember off the top of my head Grin)

Also, socks, underpants, toothbrush - useful and small and cheap.

I think we do actually ceebee - I recognise your name from something before!

There is a 99p shop but no poundland etc. But I will definitely look there :)

99p/£1 shops. I get pretty much all my stocking fillers there.

also fill up on lots of christmas sweets like the choc coins, thorntons santa etc.

supermarkets are also great for small cheap buts and peices.
