Sainsburys had them a month or 2 back for £20 and I'm wishing I'd bought it then! DD keeps asking for it & I really don't fancy paying near on £40 for it. Or a similar-ish alternative maybe around the 20quid mark?

Just found Go-Go, Cookie's walking pup (I think that's what it was called) for £15 on Argos, will wander tomorrow but probably get one of those for her rather than splash out a small fortune!

I saw Animagic Peanut (??? I think, it's a large sandy coloured dog) in Home Bargains for 20 quid if you have one near you.

Just paid @£50 for bloody cookie on amazon with express delivery. Very annoyed shopped around for everything at bargain prices then this item pops out of DD2's mouth on trip to Santa this afternoon as the only thing she wants. I am minded to believe that there is a special place in hell for the makers of children's adverts. We are now returning to watching only BBC until boxing day.

Argos have them reduced to £37 as do toysrus.

I've just sold a brand new one for £30. It was a duplicate present that I couldnt be bothered sending back but because its reduced I couldn ask for any more than that.

I found a smaller, Animagic one in Home Bargains for a tenner that barks, jumps and wags its tail. If that gets played with (I have my suspicions it's just because she's seen it she wants it iyswim) then we may consider Cookie at a later date. Will be holding off until it's on offer again though....£70 for a flippin' toy that's no doubt been designed to drive parents nuts Grin

Yourefired Grin at watching BBC only, dd1 doesn't really watch tv with adverts atm, think she saw it on one of the rare occasions I put Tiny Pop on for dd2

In case Argos are out of stock - John Lewis £37

Thanks for the link but am going to hold off on Cookie for a while until I see if dd plays with the cheaper one. If that gets a good reception and she likes it then next time they're on offer I might treat her
