A novelty present for DH that went down as well as the self stirring mug..

I am coming to the end of my Christmas shopping and need something else for DH. Due to finances we aren't spending much on each other. Last year, thanks to mumsnet, I came across the self stirring mug which DH LOVED! Everyone else was very envious and he took much pleasure in showing it off in work (the men I know are easily impressed!)

So has anyone got any ideas for something in the same vein?

Tesco (and I think Morrisons) had a Pot Noodle gift set with a rotating noodle fork. There was another one with a big Pot Noodle size mug shaped like the pot too, and one of them had the actual pot noodle too. I bought them both for no2 son.

If he's into novelty items, try this website, it's full of them. I think I saw the self-stirring mug on here as well somewhere.

Gadget to make hard boiled eggs into cubes.

Nor sure where you'd get one from these days but my mum and her friend have been having 'guess the kitchen gadget' Xmas present competition for approx 30 years and that is the one that always seems to be the most popular in the 'what on earth?!?!' category!

My DD (15) has just staggered downstairs after a hard night texting for a Pot Noodle.

Sounds like a good present to me, Pom .......

Debenhams do the pot noodle gift set as well. They have the Bombay bad boy.

Pot noodle fork is the right sort of thing but DH doesn't like noodles of any sort so maybe not. Off to google the egg thing and check out the websites. Thanks!
