Just wondering as a lot of people (irl) have mentioned adding stuff to their Christmas list recently and I don't have a list for me.

I get
One secret santa present from old uni friends (we still get together regularly and at Christmas/NY)

My gran either gives me a supermarket voucher or a box of food

My parents will have lent me money at some point in the year and write some of it off for Christmas (last year a dress for a wedding, this year half a bookcase)

My sister gives me chocolate or alcohol.

Have asked DH for "Daisy" stack rings he is like Xmas Confused how do I design it ?etc but I want a little suprise poor sod. MIL usually gets me a pressie or money/vouchers this morning Dh suggested she might like to get us joint household presents a kettle and a new house phone Xmas Sad I usually get something small but lovely from DH great Aunt and Uncle too (last year Silver drop abalone earrings) they don't have any children and DH is only child. I also sometimes get something from my twin sis as well.

I have lots of brothers and sisters (some half etc) but we only buy for kids there are 13 nieces/ nephews I spend £10 each on them and I will buy my youngest sister who doesnt have any children a present (but works extra all year round just to pay for all the kids presents).

Some of my family don't give anything to my DD though but I will always get their children gifts don't see why they should suffer just because their parents can't be bothered but it makes me very Xmas Sad. She doesn't notice if it's from poundland or Harrods.

Some years Mum gets me token presents (last year a bottle of Charlie!)

What can I say its about the giving though, having lots of presents wrapped under the tree to give out to the nephews or nieces ( who are getting older but only want vouchers now anyway!!) I always feel overwhelmed by those that do think about my DD though and what she gets from them.

As for me ...my Birthdays in November !!
