You all have such fab hamper ideas, can you help?
On my very short list already:
tub of G&B cocoa powder
couple of bars of G&B dark chocolate
wooden spoon
gold-coloured teatowel, if I can find such a thing

Sorry - silly iPhone!
Have a look at the H&M website in the home section for a gold tea towel. I know they are doing pretty Xmas decorations and that includes tea towels.

You could make some chocolate truffles, or put in some mini marshmallows/crystallised ginger/glacé cherries etc to add to chocolate recipes.
A food temperature probe would be useful to keep track of chocolate temperatures.
There may well be a section in the beginning of the green & blacks book with useful equipment listed. Look there for inspiration too.

inmysparetime · 04/12/2011 11:33

Ooh, and a selection of nuts, and some whiskey miniatures.
You can get hot chocolate stir sticks ( a cube of chocolate on a stock that melts into hot milk)

inmysparetime · 04/12/2011 11:34

*stick not stock, darn sausage fingers!

I got a block of that Willy's chocolate - not a block, a cylinder - it was about a fiver. It was totally and utterly delicious. There are several varieties. More serious than G+B's choc. (And unsweetened.)
I made chocolates and used a Lakeland silicone mould, also a good gifty thing.

Really poncy would be some sort of double-boiler affair and a marble slab to temper the melted chocolate on Grin
