Does anyone do all their xmas shopping online?

Seems as if I will have very few shopping opportunites in the run up to Christmas. So I've ordered the food (same as always) and books, DVDs are of course easy. However not sure that I can manage every present without looking at it first. Also clothes can be tricky to get right online.
If you do manage to avoid the Christmas crowds how do you manage the volume of deliveries and potential returns (worst bit of internet shopping imo) associated with the internet?
Also do you feel as if you miss out on last minute Christmas bargains?

Get things gift wrapped and delivered to the recipients by the people that you order from. Then sorting out returns if unsuitable is up to the recipient. Probably not v Christmassy but then they don't have to hurt your feelings if they don't like your gift. And less hassle with all the wrapping.

Have almost finished my Christmas shopping. Hate the last minute rush. Starting wrapping soon and will post last week in November so get a head start on usual December chaos re post. Only got two parcels to post as will deliver by hand to some family members and the rest will be staying with us over Christmas. Works well for me.

I do most of my Xmas shopping online. If I actually go shopping, I end up wondering around for hours and getting nothing! We do our food shopping in the supermarket though as we have a fairly new Sainsburys that's always quiet :)

Hum, got to do my first returns now and as I said I hate doing returns. If only the PO was closer. How can a Boden jumper (size 10) be a bit small whilst their size 8 dress was too big [hconfused]?

I'm in a rural area, online shopping is a godsend and I do all the shopping I can online. Especially Christmas shopping, as last year I was heavily pregnant, this year have a baby in tow. It's an hours drive to the nearest shops and my idea of hell to trek round them during December.

I'm very lucky to have a good arrangement about taking in parcels with my neighbours (I take in a lot of theirs too), I can also send things to DP's work if I need. Royal mail have a really easy service for arranging re-deliveries too. Or you could order everything close together and just make one trip to the post office to pick it up?

The thing is to order everything early so you can send it back if it isn't suitable and so you don't get caught out by snow holding up the post.

I've done all mine so far (apart from a build a bear outfit) online but I work from home and it's been fine, no traipsing round shops and most of the time saving money too, some things I've ordered in to tesco to collect but just guarantees they have it as our tesco is tiny.
