Stocking Filler Suggestion Alert

Does anyone want stocking filler suggestion? Cos I have one:

Disney/Pixar Cars Lightening McQueen Frisbee: 25p in Tesco

Just thought I'd pass that on. Feel free to post any good uns below. I know it's early but I like to spread the cost of Christmas so I can concentrate on ordering the wine with what's left over.

Play Dough Mini Factory also in Tesco reduced to 24p !!!

Lemon i've nearly finished my stocking shopping for the kids - just adults to do now!!

Stockings are very important in the Difficult household, so I'm quite late starting in August this year. Even when I think they're finished, I can't resist that last thing of chocolate snowmen...

Have mentioned this on another thread so don't want people to think that I am taking commission/working for them (cos am not!) but for those with DDs of the age where they are still into fairies, I can recommend Mystical Fairies in Hampstead. I basically did all of DD's stocking and dressing up stuff from there last year. Had a job smuggling in the pink coloured bags into the house afterwards. But I love that shop and there are so many nice places to go for a therapeutic hot chocolate afterwards...

I think there's a Mystical Fairies at Bluewater too.
I bought my DD a teddy bear mobile when she had her room re-decorated.It was definately in a pink bag.

And loads of places at BW for that all important hot chocolate

There are loads of good stocking fillers at poundworld. Today I got a toy story beginner's yoyo, a barbie-type doll, some stacking bricks, a mini magnetic drawing thing, juggling balls and lots of stickers!

Homebase. Not sure if anyone is filling stocking for little boys but I got two tape-measure keyrings for £1 in Homebase today. They were in a big stack of £1 items by the tills.

My local Asda had a clearance basket near toys/stationery and i picked up a pack of 2 Lightning McQueen/Cars2 pens for 75p, Disney Princess Gel pens for £1, Peppa Pig pens (pack of 2) 50p as the packaging was falling away (don't need it for stockings anyway )

By the way any ideas of the men in your lives (yes, DH gets a stocking too!!) apart from new boxers, socks i'm a bit stuck - i need a groovy gadget pls?! TIA

ooh also in Asda's Baby Event they have fab character toothbrushes for £1 (great for the little ones)

DH stocking filler things were also in the £1 Homebase thing but I was there with him so couldn't look properly.

I'll look for the toothbrushes. Perfect.

I picked up 2 little aluminium torch key-rings at The Range today. They were £2.99 for the two. Handy for DS Christmas Stocking.

DD was all and "It's September, mother"

The Jelly Bean Factory Cup 200 g (Pack of 3) - these are currently on Amazon for £2.64.

I always buy the Lindt chocolate sweets- a line of santas or reindeer or snowmen (Sainsbo have an aisle of Christmas sweets in now, and they are on special offer)

DC don't seem to mind that the only get one chocolate shape, I trough the rest.
(They do get a selection box BTW )

Mmmmmmmmm there is a lindt shop at the local outlet village - it just smells AMAZING and since my Dad works on the village we wait for Christmas eve and all the staff from all the shops get freebies! Because they cant sell christmas choccies afterwards - I fricken love it! I think this is a very good rule ha ha

I cannot wait for Christmas this year! Stocking fillers for 2.3 y/o DS and 32 going on 3 DH?

My ds is 9 so a bit big for some of the suggestions on this thread - although he'd love a tape measure keyring!

I have a couple of things for his stocking - battery powered pencil sharpener from lidl £2, lego ninjago half price at tesco last week.

I went to the lego shop yesterday and you can build your own lego men £1.25 each or 3 for £3.50. They also have pots to fill with lego bricks, wheels etc £6 for a small pot and £11 for a large one. I will be going back without ds before christmas!!

I bought my DS (4) one of these for his stocking. He loves torches and it's wind up - the only down side is that it has an integral battery that can't be replaced when it goes.

Boots are having a final toy clearance atm before the new christmas ranges are stocked. These are a few examples

Obviously where it's on clearance stock levels are going to be varied in different stores, but if you're in Boots it may be worth a look.

I might get that kit for DH though. He is very particular and I do like the addition of "evening wear"

Just bought glow sticks in Tescos. £3 packets of four reduced to 75p. Pink, Green, Orange and Blue.

H&M have brilliant children's cartoon plasters for £2.50 - fab.

Hello Kitty & Ben 10 plasters from Poundland.
Glow stick wands - heart/butterfly/sword - £1 each from Primark - also good for Halloween or Bonfire Night.
Wait for the Xmas choc goodies to arrive in Aldi/Lidi - both have fab novelty shape chocs e.g racing cars, ladybirds, penguins, etc - good for the DIY advent calendar.
