What are your kids getting for Xmas?

I may have replied in a slightly defensive manner

Most of my DC's friends seem to have lists which include laptops and games consoles, so I tend to get a bit jumpy about it.

My DC are fairly lucky in that both sets of grandparents are coming on Christmas Day and will bring presents, plus they will have small presents from aunts and uncles, godparents etc under the tree. Plus the fact that there are three of them always seems to make it look as though the present pile goes on forever!

DD is an only child, and also an only grandchild/niece on one side, and one of just 3 on the other. So she tends to get a fair bit.

Well I wasnt planning on getting stockings for my 2 but some MNers have convinced me :o so I'm getting a few bits and bobs to add to the smaller toys I'd already bought. I'm particularly excited as I now have an excuse to buy some buffers and a turntable for their wooden train set!
