No idea what I'm doing - help! Decided to get DD (aged just 2) some wooden railway but don't know what to get. SIL has Brio and we might inherit in a few years so want something compatible. What do you think? It all seems so pricey!

Well it used to, yes almost certainly. I'm see their main customers are ppl who started with brio then it all got too expensive.

They are all compatible with one another.
We have loads of all different brands, some new, some second hand, everything fits fine.

Second hand can be really good, as you can build up a bigger collection, and then have money for some exciting items like bridges or stations.
