Hello all.
I have been on and off this website, so I am not a consistent user. I unexpectedly discovered this Christian community. I hope I can join in, interact, communicate, and build connections with others here. Thanks.x

That is good that you have been baptised fluerjoy. I thought that I would ask you as have had some issues with some church's and wondered how it would have fitted in.
Someone I know rector at her church said to her that you cannot be baptised again in most church's in the UK. I don't know what happened when you was baptised, but I would think it should have fit the purposes if they was offering it. Perhaps you could try praying to the Holy Spirit to see what has happened to you to discuss it and see what may happen.

Wrong

Hi Flerujoy I posted the above in the wrong thread. I was thinking about you though and you wrote you have social anxiety. I just wanted to say as some people get older in the community they can find some church's social hubs. During the week mine has like a coffee meet after the service and put on other things. Perhaps this is to keep in mind. Mine also has a Christmas dinner lunch. It is not reason for going to church, but some people social stuff is very helpful.

I wish you the best fleurjoy

Hello Justmerach.
Thanks for the suggestion. Yes, I am considering checking out local churches for social hubs and events.

Anxiety and shyness have always been my weaknesses. Throughout my journey, I have tried to overcome them by taking on customer-facing jobs, volunteering, and attending classes to build my confidence. I know I have missed many opportunities while growing up.
