Does this warrant a dentist trip?

4 year old ds bumped into someone at the bottom of the slide and clanged his face on the slide. He has slightly pushed his front tooth backwards (prob a mm back than the other fron tooth), it bled a little. Friend said her dd did the same and was told there was little that could be done and that providing they weren't causing her pain then she would keep them that way until her adult teeth came through.

He did this about 2 hours ago and is just munching on some crisps but is saying that his tooth hurts when he bites.

Do I need to book a dentist appointment? If so, we are not NHS so am I looking at a fortune?
