She does seem to feel the cold and her little hands can often feel cold. Well as it was warm last night she only had babygro on for bed and alight blanket, this morning she was freezing in her hands and feet and they were a little bluish. Once I wrapped her up they went normal colour quickly but she does feelthe cold. Anyone else with a baby this age like this? My hv said they grow out of it.

The day temps are quite warm at the momemt but unless you still have your heating on, it's still chilly during the night. Our heating is off and DS (5) has his PJs and a thick duvet on. however, if he gets cold in the night or the duvet slips off, he wakes up and comes into my room. I can feel that his little kidneys are cold and he just to warm up in our bed.
If they're bluish though, I would just book a routine app with GP (not HV) and ask whether they think it needs referring. There's no harm in getting a GP's opinion.
In a young baby, it is normal for them to have colder hands and feet than adults however, as your baby is a lot more active I assume and almost one, I'd ask GP anyway.

Is her cot near an outside wall. If yes, is there somewhere you could move it so it's by an internal wall? We just moved DS's bed this winter and it really made a difference.

Thanks for your replies, yes her cot is by an outside wall, may have to move it. Wrapped her up more last night and a lot better this mornibg. When I say blue, more purplish I guess, she does feel the cold bless her, unlike my ds! They are all different. Thanks again

My DD is always hot and always has been.
DS though is a skinny little chap and so starts turning purple easily.
