Hi

Does anyone know if there is an alternative to calpol and the like that is not full of E numbers and artificial sweeteners ?

Thanks

I have a very vague inking that you can get soluble paracetamol for babies. I'm sure it was next to the Calpol in Lloyd's.

Or an inkling even! Typing one handed.

You can certainly get infant paracetamol suspension that has sugar rather than sweeteners in, some people think that's the lesser of two evils...

I shall look at the soluble paracetamol, thanks and I have always bought the one with sugar in it, it's the E numbers that worry me

Let us know if it's true or if I dreamed it!

I posted on your other thread about paracetamol suppositories, ask your pharmacist.

Apologies for the bump - I wasn't dreaming! It's Disprol soluble, suitable from 3 months.

If its for pain or fever you can get baby neurofen, You can get sugar free calpol if its the sugar you are worried about. x
