My 16mo has vomited 10 times since 1.15am. She can't even keep water down. But she is quite perky - so would it be pointless to take her to the GP? I presume she can't be dehydrated yet if she is still pottering about and chatting. Not sure what to do (and am quite tired!)

you could always ring up the docs and ask

system is that they reserve a few emergency same-day appts. so have booked one but now worried am wasting their time

excuse 1-handed typing

receptionists won't advise beyond making the point that if i leave it till later there won't be appts for today

You can always call NHS direct.

DD vomited loads last week. They said offer water or breastmilk after 20mins of last vomit session. We offered room temp water rather than cold water as well.
