Hi,

My 4 month old son's nappy was almost completely dry this morning after about 8 hours. This is not usual for him especially as he was up for a couple of feeds during the night. I had changed it at about 1 this morning - he didn't go to sleep till about 1.30 and I was trying everything to make him comfortable!

He has not been himself since getting his 3rd immunisations and developing a cold on the same day last week (Wednesday). He had a high temp for 24 hours or so after the jabs, we gave him Calpol and temp has been fairly normal since then, although his head sometimes feels warm.

He has been crying a lot more and needing to be held, whereas previously he was happy in the cot/ baby gym / bouncer etc for a bit, I have struggled to put him down at all.

He was really inconsolable on Friday, had check up at GP, nothing found, just advised saline drops for cold.

His mood has improved a lot the last 2 days, but he still cries and looks uncomfortable more often. His poo (sorry tmi) has been more runny the last couple of days with no 'bits'.

He seems to have been feeding ok (he is bf) he fed a lot the day after the jabs, was feeding a bit less on Saturday.

Am trying not to get too worried and rush back to the GP. He doesn't seem to have any other signs of dehydration.

Has anyone else had a baby out of sorts for this long with immunisations/a cold?

thanks, sorry for rambling, a bit tired!

Oh well this morning's nappy seems to be filling up nicely, guess he was just saving it up to worry me. .

I guess I just hate seeing him like this
