Can immune adults be carriers for chicken pox?

Chicken pox is currently rife at DD1's pre-school, and as she hasn't had it the chances are that she will contract it (and may actually be incubating it as we speak - oh joy!). I've arranged to see a friend tomorrow who has a very premature baby (without the DCs of course), but just thought I'd check that I couldn't be a carrier - I had CP badly as a child so will be immune.
TIA

Every time I've asked a HP about this (and I was in a similar situation to you) I have been told that imune adults cannot carry the infection. It is transmitted by bodily fluids, which includes coughs and sneezes, you do not carry it on, say, your clothes.

Thanks - this is what I understood from a quick google and makes sense. Just wanted to double check as would obviously hate to put her LO at any risk.
