Can anyone recommend a good multi-vit for an 18mo pescatarian?

That's it really - just don't quite know where to start.

Thinking perhaps of something with iron?

I'm not sure they need one. They will get a lot of good oils from the fish and also protein (they will probably also be getting this in dairy products, pulses, wholegrain wheat, flour, oats, rice and nuts and seeds. As for iron as long as you give them lots of leafy green veg and again wholegrain wheat, flour, oats and rice and pulses they shouldn't get any sort of deficiency.

Noone needs supplemenets.
Waste of time nad money.Just feedc properly.

should have said he's got an egg allergy and we've been advised to avoid any kind of nut (my dh seriously allergic). DS probably only has fish once or twice a week - we don't eat fish but he does.

hence my concern - would love to feed him 'properly' but a bit more complicated than that.

but thanks anyway

If you're worried that without egg, nuts and meat he won't be getting enough protein as long as he is having plenty of milk, cheese, yogurt, pulses, seeds and the wholegrain cereals he should be getting plenty. I don't think there is a supplement you can give for protein deficiency anyway unless it was something the doctor could give you maybe.

Agree with the others, no need for vitamins at all if you give a varied diet which is entirely possible even with dietary requirements.
