I have a 3 year old faddy/non eater who is a little listless and on the pale side atm...I have looked around and can't find a multivit with iron in it, there must be one surely?? Even better if there is one with omega 3, would like to cover all bases if possible!

I took Floradix Liquid (tablespoon) every day to boost my iron intake .

However, when I was preggers, I was put on Iron tablets and they made me so nauseous ... (and can bung you up)..

Surely, a few dried apricots, fortified cereal or raisins as a snack

Ah yes, fine if he was eating..! Thats the problem.

My DS1 is suffering from D&V virus at the moment and is currently wasting away before my eyes.... Woman in my local health food shop (an independant one that I really trust, not a chain) gave me some Children's fruit floradix and said it was really good. Expensive though...

minedex is fantastic. had the same probs with my son 8 yrs ago. the health visitor told me that when children have a low appetite it can be sometimes due to low iron levels. then they dont eat enough to get the levels up so its a cycle. minedex one or twice aday can make a big difference

Another vote for Minedex.
Ds had no appetite and low iron levels (toe nails spooning) but plenty of energy.
A few doses of Minedex and his appetite improved. Also cut back on milk as that inhibits iron absorption.
