He was just sick at gymnastics.

BUT(before you pounce n me)

I told him if he has a crunchie and then goes to gymnastics he will be sick - and he was. He was fine before and is fine now, terrorising his brothers and asking for some tea. I am pretty sure it was just teh crunchie (DH gave in)

WWYD? Would you see how he is and if normal send him in anyway? Keep him off?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

give him 12hrs................which takes you thru till morning.

if he is sick again, there is your answer.

if not, send him in

Twims · 04/02/2009 17:47

Monitor him tonight but would send him in

LadyGlencoraPalliser · 04/02/2009 17:47

Send him in if he doesn't get sick again.

psychomum5 · 04/02/2009 17:48

oh.

and say

"told you so"

whitenoise · 04/02/2009 17:49

sooo glad people agree with me
He is looking forward to 2mo for some reason and i am pretty sure its just him jiggling a crunchie round (he doesn't even like them) will pop him in bed early anyway i think

if it's normal for him to be sick with little provocation, then yeah, send him in if he's fine tomorrow.

whitenoise · 05/02/2009 13:45

turns out its a bug. He literally emptied his stomach and late evening I was sick, then DH got up in the night and was really ill. He passed out at one point and whacked his head so i was awake poking him every hour or so in between being sick

Poor DS2 can't go to nursery as we are both too ill to take him!!

oh dear what awful timing, you all having this horrible bug. hope you all feel better soon.

stealthsquiggle · 05/02/2009 14:45

Poor all of you - we had that last weekend and it was horrid (me, DS and DD all throwing up at the same time [bleugh])

stealthsquiggle · 05/02/2009 14:46

Did you retract the "told you so" or was he too poorly to care?

whitenoise · 05/02/2009 18:19

I never said it out loud so that's a relief!

Notice that it's ME that has had to do everything with the boys today (lunches etc) but they did let me have a sleep while they watched a DVD this morning.
