She has a check up in a couple of weeks anyway - so will talk to dentist about it - I am just trying to get ahead of the game.
Her teeth have all come through as a 2nd row where the new one has come through before the old ones fall out. I understand that this is not a major problem.
Her top front 2 teeth are quite splayed - with a gap in the middle. Bottom ones are fine. Some of the teeth at teh sides are sitting sideways and slightly behind the main row of teeth as the gap that has been left for them to grow into is not wide enough so they seem to have gone sideways to try and fit in....but not actually succeeded. TBH her mouth is a bit of a mess. DTD2 doesn't seem to have the same problem - or at least not to the same extent.
Any experience of overcrowding? I am gearing myself up for an extraction to make space...when and "how" (particularly in terms of anasthesia) is this done? Will tehy try braces first to try and close the splayed front teeth?
