Would you take to GP or be worried about this??

DD1 is nearly 6years old.
She has been having what i thought were growing pains at night for about a year, waking screaming ect. Now she says her legs hurt at school. She's tired all the time (not falling asleep but very weepy moany ect) and has always hit a temp for tiny things like cold and no reason at all(easy hit 40 in an hour). She had loads of bowel problems with constapation for the first 4 years of life.

Would you take her, or do you think just happen to be a load of little things altogether??

Its obviously worrying you and children don't normally scream in pain for no reason.
I would go to GP with a list of problems and let him decide if it is a problem .
It will put your mind to rest and hopefully help with some solutions

no harm in getting her checked out at all

perhaps she is also tired - end of term at school and will feel better after a day or so at home?
