Ds1 has been sick all night. He has stopped now and is saying he is hungry. What's the safest thing? Bit of toast?

yes toast, certainly something plain. And only a bit. And prepare for possibility that as soon as food hits his empty stomach he might throw up again!

I guess if he's hungry, he's ready to eat again, so just go with the flow and if he gets sick again, he gets sick again, it'll work it's way through in the end.

Dry Cheerios are popular in the Dragon house. The sugar gives a little energy boost and they can be eaten in very small amounts.

Basically nothing with fat in it.

Put a splash of boiling water in a glass of coke Beansprout and try that first (water takes out the fizz). If he keeps that down, half an hour later, try a banana, then rice for lunch etc.

The coke works miracles.
