Are there any medicines ibuprofen or paracetamol for toddlers that are not flavoured. As my son will not take any medicine - he can smell it from a mile off. So is in pain and I cant force it in him. Or any different solutions to pain meds

what sort of pain is he in? Would warm/cold compresses help?
most meds are flavoured to make them More palatable but ask at the pharmacy for any suggestions of flavour free.
you can get rectal paracetamol which is very quick and effective. Kids sphincter are very strong so it get "sucked" up pretty easily, it's not painful just keep their legs together for 10secs and it should be fine.
or if you are confident at maths/discuss with pharmacist you could give 6+ paracetamol so it's a smaller volume.
or it's a 2 man job one for a cuddle hold and a second to administer the medicine.

He had surgery and it hurts when he wees. It should eventually go away but when he does a big wee he's in pain. I just need some comfort for him. Hes so fussy with medicine and foods and tastes so it's really hard

Poor thing. DD refused calpol or any similar meds too so until she could swallow a paracetamol at about 14 she never had any form of medicine (and has managed fevers and childhood illnesses just fine without thankfully) . But I remember trying a soluble version that wasn’t flavoured. She didn’t go for it but could you try that?
