Teething help!

First time Mum to baby girl 7 months, and I think she's teething. My question is - Is it possible that she's only teething at night time?

She has always been a great sleeper and will do 12hrs over night with no wake ups. All of a sudden she is waking up at 11.30 each night and is SCREAMING. It sounds like she's going to wake up the whole street.
I have no way of settling her at all, other than giving her a dummy which we don't usually use for sleep.
I am worried I'm creating a habit as the wake up is happening at the same time each night.

I've been giving her a dose of Calpol before bed, and I use teething gel when she wakes up, but the only thing that stops the screaming is her dummy.
I know it's thought that more distractions in the day, lead to less noticeable tooth pain, but is that really true?

She is sooo happy all day long - yes drooling and chomping on everything, but that has been going on for months now.
Please tell me there's a light at the end of the tunnel and this is just teething 🫣

Yes it sounds like teethig, if shes chomping on everything during the day and drooling they are the signs. Also red cheek and looser stools and stronger smelling urine.
Does she wake for a feed before she wakes screaming? Maybe try give calpol later, depending on her bedtime as it only lasts 4/5 hours in the system so may be why shes waking up. Or try ibropruphen if shes having a feed when you give it.
Can you see any teeth under the gums?
Teething is awful but it will end i promise! And teething is always worse when the topth is about to cut. Once its through its a lot better.
Both my kids started teethingbat 3 months. Its horrible so my sympathies to you.
Its brilliant her dummy soothes her and helos her calm. Does she chew on it? Or just suck?
You can go to the doctors for help, they may be able to prescribe something if shes really struggling. Or help explore if its somehing else like trapped wind
Hope those teeth come through soon!
