Worried of Leukemia in toddler?

My little boy is nearly 22 months, he has a few symptoms:

-He keeps saying different body parts are hurting, mainly his “Willy” but also he says his head, back legs and arms are hurting Atleast daily, it does seem to go as quickly as he says it though. Have been to the doctors and got antibiotics but so far no change.
-He’s always been a little bit pale but he does seem to have bags under his eyes now.
-He’s never slept amazing but he still wakes up 1-2 times a night and needs resettling.
-Has lost weight, he looks rather slim but again he’s never been a big eater and had abit of a cold two weeks ago which put him off food.

I’ve not noticed any excessive bruising, he has a few bruises on his legs but he’s a very hyper toddler so I don’t think this is anything worrying.

I'm not sure if I’m just being paranoid but my doctors are absolutely awful and I can never get an appointment so I’m not sure if this is something I need to push further.

Such a worry. Instinctively I wanna say that the chance of it being leukemia are very low.
Couple of things I would try - 1. Speak to your health visitors about your worries. 2. Keep booking GP appointments until you get a proper conversation about your concerns.
Write a list of points that need addressing and start by explaining your main worry (mention Leukemia, be specific).
If at the appointment you don't feel they have adequately addressed you concerns be brave and tell them.
If you still feel worried state this clearly & ask what the next steps will be to get to the bottom of things.

My son was like this as a toddler, I was also terrified it was leukemia, I used to keep a diary of his symptoms as he always had frequent infections/fevers etc too and drove myself mad with it. Eventually he had a petechiae rash and we went to a&e where he was given blood tests and they were clear, no cancer. I continued to keep an eye on him with random symptoms appearing here and there over the years, always being put down to needing stronger glasses, growing pains, toddler constipation, his autism. It wasn't until he was 10 last year and he became really poorly and was admitted to the hospital for the first time that they discovered he has coeliacs disease and suddenly EVERYTHING made sense.

So I understand your worries, they're real and you'll be dismissed a lot by doctors, I don't think it's leukaemia either as PP has said but it could be something else.

Even with quite non-specific symptoms, weight loss without a clear cause in a child will generally be treated as a red flag to work out what's going on - sounds reasonable to push for an urgent GP appointment, they can then decide what to do (which can include direct same-day referral to hospital, if the situation warrants it).
