Please help.
My daughter started with a few bites last week, whuck i put down to playing in the woods at school. But over the last few days there are many more. Could this be chickenpox? I've stripped the beds, boil washed the sheets. We co-sleep and i have 2 bites. They are only on her back and tummy, no where else.
Please help, I'm panicking.

I’d say chicken pox in your DD’s case, you probably co-incidentally have some midge bites from being outside? You don’t necessarily have the same thing. Worth setting bedbug traps for your piece of mind. But if it helps these don’t look like bed bugs or fleas to me. I’ve unfortunately plenty of flea experience [gives nearest cat the evils]

Definitely not bed bug bites she'd get them on her limbs before chest and back and with so many bites you would be seeing signs.

I think your bites are unrelated as you said one is from the garden anyway.

Otherwise I would have said scabies from the first pic, but not so much from the second close up.

They look viral to me. Whether CP or not I don't know. My DD had very similar recently and I freaked out but then it went away after a while. We all got weird covid/cold type symptoms around that time so it was definitely viral for her.

My kids weren't itchy with chicken pox, just very very spotty.
