Worried sick child’s dizziness

Hi all, my first time posting on here but absolutely sick with worry. My 8 year old has suffered with her ears for about 4 years now.
she had an ear infection about 3 weeks ago which cleared up with antibiotics.
she then started complaining of dizziness about 2 weeks ago on a daily basis, had her ears checked by a pharmacist and full of wax. Been using drops but still complaining of dizziness daily. So scared there’s something more wrong with her??

We as a family have inherited problems with dizziness and one young relative did undergo further investigation at the hospital and it was found his ear was not formed correctly inside.
I’m not a medic, but I wouldn’t think wax would cause dizziness, it’s more likely to be an ear infection as that’s what usually causes dizziness for most people. Travel sickness tablets should stop it if you can get some suitable for 8year olds. Dizziness is fairly common and a history of ear infections means that’s the probable cause. Maybe the infection didn’t quite clear up and you should go back to the doctor. It can be very unpleasant and debilitating.

Thank you for replying. Going to try and get her an appointment although easier said than done at the moment.
she is fine in herself, eating normally and still going to school but can’t help feeling that daily dizziness isn’t normal

Could be vertigo or labyrinthitis. There are things they can give to help symptoms till it passes. Needs the GP though. I had labyrinthitis as a teenager, pretty unpleasant but it sorted itself out. I had anti-sickness tablets for a week.

I had Labyrinthitis after a viral bug it was awful. I'm prone to being dizzy and fainting but this was a completely different ballgame, it was particularly bad after eating for some reason. I got meds from the GP that helped with the symptoms. I had to have 2 weeks off work and ever since I've been prone to odd bouts of vertigo.

Is she drinking enough fluids, particularly if it's been hot where you are? The ears might be a red herring. Low blood pressure can cause lightheadedness/dizziness too and increasing fluids can help with that.
