Legs length difference. Obliquity of the pelvis

I hope everyone has a nice weekend!
My 6 month old dd has uneven skin folds and one of her legs is slightly longer than another. we noticed it when she just turned 5 months. Our GP wasn’t concerned as she passed all checks in the hospital and at 6 months.
I was obviously concerned though so I took her to see a private consultant who did an x ray. Private consultant said that her x ray looks normal and leg bones measure the same. The only reason for the consultant why her legs appear different could be obliquity of the pelvis. Indeed on the x ray her left hip seems higher than right.
Could she still develop dysplasia? Should I get a second opinion? Where this obliquity could come from? One month passed and it’s not getting better.

I mean it’s possible that pelvic obliquity may lead on to hip dysplasia and I would want this monitored. My DD had hip dysplasia diagnosed at 22 months but I reckon there were
issues pre 12 months of age. It wasn’t picked up until there was an obvious leg length discrepancy, late walking, clumsiness and most obviously reduced range of movement of the affected hip.

My ask would be when will this be checked again especially if you have concerns and what can you be doing now to help the situation? Are there exercises etc that will improve? Also don’t get fobbed off of you think she is developing further issues. It took us, unfortunately, several trips to the GP to get a referral and frustratingly we only got referred when I sent my DH to the doctors and we said we’d use our private cover through work. My GP did apologise once we had a diagnosis though. And yes they said I was an ‘overly worried mother’.

@HavfrueDenizKisi thanks for sharing your story 🙏 how is your dd now?
The consultant suggested getting another x ray at 12 months. I’m now thinking about getting her assessed by physiotherapist too.

Good that it will be rechecked n 12 months. Ask
for earlier if anything changes.

DD is fine. She did have two operations at 2 years of age and months in a spica cast as she had a late diagnosis really. However pleased to report she’s a know it all teen doing GCSEs now with no current hip issues.
