My son had it at around 8 months (he's 10 now), it was just two rounds of vomiting and then 2 days of diarrhea, off food etc. just keep an eye on nappies for urine output and try to keep up fluids in any way.

We think DD1 had it a few years ago, although she wasn't officially tested for it. She must have been around 10months at the time as I remember it was around Easter. She delightfully gave it to me and my DH whilst we were staying at my DM and DFs. The vomiting lasted two days, the diarrhoea for 10days. We took her to the local GP as i was starting to get a bit worried and wondered if she should be tested to find out what bug it was, but as she was still drinking plenty and having lots of wees, they were happy that she wasnt dehydrated and that it just needed to work it's way through. Which it did!

The important thing is to keep them hydrated. Ice water by teaspoon if nothing else.

good luck!!! It’s awful but it’ll be gone in a few days. Keep fluids up, just cover everything in old towels so you’re not constantly scrubbing carpets, mattresses etc

Plenty of fluids. My dd was nearly hospitalised at 2 with this, and would have been, had a bed been available.

Just keep trying to give fluids, in small amounts fairly frequently - an overloaded tummy may well result in more vomiting. Room temperature water might be better tolerated than cold.
If you feel things aren’t as they should be, especially if the baby becomes listless or starts to get blue hands, feet or lips, go to A&E.
