Can anyone give me any advice, or have any idea what this would be.

My son is 7 months old, he is likely to have cerebral palsy. He is seeing a lot different doctors, consultants and specialists. I started to notice rapid eye movements with his eyes (side to side very quickly) when he was around 4/5 months old. I've been told this is not nystagmus by an eye specialist. It's very hard to catch on camera as it's random and there are no warning signs, it just so happens if I'm recording for a different reason I've managed to catch on it. Sometimes when he does this it lasts longer than other times. Has anyone's little ones had this? Would this be a type of spasm or seizure? He’s had a 1hour EEG done that came back clear.

I'm not an expert on any of this but I do remember when my dd was being investigated for epilepsy the consultant talking about stereotypies, basically weird rhythmic movements that children do that can be entirely normal. Once dc did some weird eye movements which coincidentally looked the same as the start of their seizures (just to terrify me) the other (no seisures) did a weird (and quite violent) side to side head rock to get to sleep.
Maybe it could be something like this?
