My 3 month old baby girl is constantly gasping for air and gagging in her sleep and I don’t know what to do I’ve done some googling and I’m stressing out. Any ideas what I should do.

More likely to be reflux than sleep apnoea.

No it isn’t. Our son was the same. His dad had sleep apnoea. I spotted the signs at 3 days. Our GP told me not to be silly, basically.

He was finally admitted as an emergency at 5 years old with 73% saturation. They tried to do a “sleep study” but the nurses on the ward gave up every night for 4 nights because his sats were too low.
His tonsils and adenoids were removed a couple of nights later. It changed his (our) lives.

Statistically it really is true. I'm sorry for your experience, but OSA in non premature infants is much rarer than reflux.

The gagging and gasping (and breathe holding in our house) were part of reflux/silent reflux. It was very scary and I used a movement monitor for a long time as a result.
