2 year old is sick within 15 minutes of being in the car, which in turn makes 3 year old sick! we feel like we are missing out on so many lovely days out because of travel sickness! Is there anything we can do/use to help? Please share any wisdom!

Stugeron is very good (not sure of age restrictions though, sorry) or go by train?

Are they sick the whole journey, or could you prepare for it (ice cream tub lined with carrier bag each?) then get it over with and enjoy your day?

We manage to get to 30 mins before she feels sick.. but Kwells have worked amazingly for us!

I am counting down the months until DD can take travel sickness medicine. I think 3 years is the earliest for OTC medicine in the UK but Sturgeron is not until 4 years.

Can she see out? This makes a very big difference to travel sickness. Can she manage buses and trains? I'm a martyr to travel sickness and have been all my life, but I'm much better on buses or trains (have to face forward and be able to see out well). It also helps to keep the car cool and have fresh air coming in.

The pressure wrist bands have worked wonders for my daughter (she is 3). The ones you can adjust the tightness on rather than the elasticated ones.
