I've been through all this with my LO, ended up-with a paediatric neurology referral due to HV insisting something was horribly wrong. Very stressful .

As I suspected, it's just a family trait (dad's side) in our case. If 'strong' foreheads run in either side of the family, that's the most likely cause.

My DS had an enormous forehead. I had to be careful buying clothes because lots of tops wouldn’t squeeze over his head. He’s an adult now with a perfectly normal sized head. He grew into it!

We have this running in the family too. It never crossed my mind a problem and my husband has it and so do two of our 3 dc; if it helps in my experience it comes with strong intelligence!
it looks very normal to me.
Our toddler has a similar forehead and I do sometimes need to cut necklines to be bigger but not often. And like the above poster our older dc grew into his.

My son had this. He had benign communicating hydrocephalus which stayed when he was 5 years old. He's had no problems since and he is now 11.
