Hi all,
I was making the bed tonight (up too late this morning to do it!) and my 17-month-old was with me in our bedroom. He loves to wander and explore! I turned round and found he had the metal doorstop in his mouth that my sisters dog broke off the bottom of our wall at Christmas. We left the broken off doorstop on the floor beside where it was connected to the wall and forgot about it.
I whisked the metal doorstop off him immediately and noticed the plastic end is gone. I genuinely can’t remember if the dog had chewed the plastic doorstop end off completely and if we binned it or kept it there.
DS is fine in himself, currently watching Miss Rachel with a wafer and water. He seems completely fine but I feel guilty and terrible. Surely I would have heard him cough/choke if we swallowed the plastic end?
Advice would be appreciated.
Thank you.
