Reflux or Intolerance

My LO is 18 weeks old, since she was around 6 weeks of age she has suffered a lot with discomfort. At first I treated for colic as she presented a lot of signs of colic (windy, scrunching, crying for hours on an evening, generally very unsettled) around this time she was switched from breastfed to bottle fed due to personal reasons.
I started her on Aptamil, however this didn’t suit. She ended up having extreme nappy rash with awful poo’s and in the end I swapped to HiPP Organic. This suited her a lot better.
At around 8 weeks she went for her first vaccinations and was given Rotavirus drops - this is where my more pressing issues arose! She then started to bring up a lot of milk. I went to GP around 6 days after drops as she was bringing up an awful lot of milk and was unsettled even more so. I was just told this was normal and it would pass. It never passed. Ever since she has now always shown signs of reflux. Extremely uncomfortable all day long, I spend most of my time just trying to keep her on an ok level of fussiness that isn’t crying. She was eventually prescribed Gaviscon which we trialled for around 4 weeks to see if it would eventually work but never did. We then have since been prescribed Omeprazole which she has been on for nearly 3 weeks (alongside Gaviscon as GP said this was ok to do) but this still has made no difference.
She is extremely uncomfortable, fussy 98% of her day and fidgets and scrunches up a lot. She brings up a lot of milk during the day and becomes increasingly irritated right before batch comes up.
Because she has no symptoms of CMPA (rash, blood in poop etc) or Lactose Intolerance I am basically being told to ride it out. However I feel awful. She has spent her whole existence in discomfort so far and surely this is not something we need to just ride out for potentially the next 6 months?

Just wondered if anyone else has experienced anything similar and found a solution I could maybe try.

We also us Dr Brown Bottles as research showed these were good for reflux also. She is kept up right for 30+ mins after feeding, I pace feed and give smaller more frequent feeds also but nothing makes a difference!

thank you for any help given in advance :)

Yep it was multiple food allergies and reflux.
My daughter needs the highest dose of omperazole and another medication called domperidone as well as all 20 of her allergens removing from mine and then her diets. Her main symptom at diagnosis was crying 16+h a day but later identified feeding and bowel issues. She wasn't diagnosed until 18 weeks either
She eventually went on to alfamino and thrived on it. She's still on reflux meds aged 4 years though.
