Are these normal toddler bruises on legs?

Hello,

Just after some reassurance I guess. After my DD's bath tonight I noticed the bruises on her legs are particularly bad.
I know it's normal for them to get bruises and it's not unusual for her to have a couple of bruises on her shins but these just seem a lot worse than usual and I can't think of anything she has done to cause them.
For reference she is 18 months old, not yet walking and does not go to any nursery/childcare.
Do these look like typical active toddler bruises? Photos attached
Thanks in advance!

My 13 month old walks /runs / fall overs and throws him self of the sofa but has never had bruises like that .
They do seem quite extreme but are all in the same area so must be from doing the same movement again and again - swinging their legs on the high chair or something similar perhaps ?

Honestly my child is covered in bruises to the point I sometimes wonder what people might think. But everyone who knows her knows how busy and energetic she is,and how she doesn't stop moving, always running jumping, football, gymnastics etc. For a non walking child I guess you probably feel like it's a lot of bruises but I'm assuming maybe cruising or crawling and bumping around into things? Their skin s delicate and bruises easily.

Not yet walking, does she crawl? Is she cruising? Do you have hard floors or is it carpet?
If cruising or crawling on a hard floor it's probably normal.

If crawling /cruising on only soft furnishings then perhaps get her checked.

They certainly look like repeated bumps on something straight and hard. PP have had good ideas, or maybe crawling up stairs?

Thank you for your replies everyone, I do think these sound like the most probable causes! I think I was just concerned because they are much worse than normal and she's not doing anything new or different.
She is crawling and cruising. We only have soft furnishing but there is some hard floor but with a big rug.
I suppose as long as she is her normal happy self then I shouldn't be too worried!

These look like normal places to have bruising in a crawling/cruising baby.
There is an expression of no cruise no bruise which is when professionals would be concerned,

That’s a lot of bruising. My 1 year old, also crawling and cruising around on hard slate floor doesn’t have anywhere near that level. I’d be concerned if you really can’t think of anything that might have caused it?

That looks normal to me too. My first born went to hospital (I worried about a suspected fit) and the first nurse at urgent care worried me so much about his leg bruises. First that they thought we were hurting him and then about low white blood cells and those implications. Once we got to A&E I brought it up with the nurse, that they were concerned about bruising at urgent care, and she asked if he was active then said it was absolutely normal (and looked at me like I was crazy, in a nice way, for how worried I seemed).
