Sore tummy not going away - week 3

On week 3 of a near constant sore tummy in my DD8. Always around her tummy button. She also complains of feeling sick on and off but no sickness or diahhrea or fever. At the end of last week they took bloods (all normal) and a stool sample (also normal) and ruled out bacterial infection/ coeliac/ stomach bug. Also tested urine which was clear. They’ve now said there’s nothing to do nit wait it lit and they’ll see her at Xmas time if no better. Nurofen helps but I can’t keep giving her that. She manages school (just) but at home just wants to lie on sofa and is eating less than usual and seems to hurt more after food. Any ideas on what tummy pain could be in absence of everything above?

It's awful isn't it not knowing how to help. Could try mint tea if she'll drink it or peppermint capsules incase it is something bowel related, but seems odd to have come on only three weeks ago which does make you think more towards psychological if physical ruled out so far. Hope you get sorted very soon.

I try and limit it to once a week as a treat, but she has 2-3
nights a week at her dad’s and I’m not convinced he’s not giving her some there - he isn’t as concerned about her sore tummy 🙄

Any wobbly teeth? Sounds MAD but there's glands or something in tummy that can get irritated and cause problems. My middle child has awful trouble with her teeth not falling out - "shark teeth" where baby ones don't fall out easily etc. and she gets pain around her belly button when it's happening. Just happened to see Dr whose son experienced the same. Sorry I'm vague with details, it's a bit hazy in my memory now. As soon as the tooth came out the pain went.

My son wasn't drinking enough and it resulted in him being in hospital with a compacted colon. He was still going to the loo but it was just what was fitting around the compacted parts so didn't notice anything different.
Just felt sick, lethargic and cramps which got really severe where he was rolling around ont he floor shouting help me, please do something. We ended up in a&e and with bloods and a cannula.

He was on 10x laxatives a day for a week to clear him out and then 2x per day for 6 months as it had damaged nerve endings in that area.
