Why is my 11 month old suddenly vomiting?

On Sunday I gave my child their usual breakfast (porridge). Ate the lot happily as usual then at the end gagged and threw the whole thing back up over themselves. I figured was a fluke. But then lunch ate the puree food I gave and immediately after finishing all over themselves again. Clearly hungry, so offer some dry food (dry toast, melty puffs) and immediately they're wolfed down and stay down. Dinner decided to offer the same food kept down in case unwell.

Next morning dry finger food again, all OK. Lunch I offer a yoghurt with it and keeps down fine. Dinner offer small portion of puree food and vomits straight back up again! Immediately after the vomit he asks for more food. I give yoghurt and the fruit surf boards. Stays down fine.

Over next couple of days they keep their usual food down - porridge stays down, I offer chunky finger food meals all fine. Yoghurt all good. Berries, all sorts.

Been 48 hours, all is good, so I send to child minder because I kind of need to work! Send with a puree pouch and lo and behold I have to come collect because after eating it threw it all straight back up. Got home and eaten finger food, all fine and still down.

What is going on?!?

Whether or not this is linked to the problem I don't know but I'd advise not giving pouches, whatever food you give give it into a container you can see into like jars. There have been several cases of the food in pouches not being pasteurised properly and the pouch being full of mould which obviously the parents don't know as you can't see inside.

It's likely your DS had a bug, it can take a while to go particularly if he has been restful at home and moving more at the childminders. Obviously food intolerances could be a factor too so keep a diary.

Either an issue with the pouches or they just have a bug.
