Is this reflux/GERD?

My 1 year old has always been pretty bad with eating. At first I put it down to weaning difficulties but as she’s got older she has got worse not better. She now will basically not eat anything at all even when starving. Sometimes can spoon some purée down her but even that sometimes makes her gag. A small bite of something can make her gag until sick.

She throws up the whole contents of her stomach at least once a day, most meals and snacks make her vomit even with her not eating much

She basically lives off milk at the moment still. At least a couple of times a week she’ll throw up the milk too, but she at least takes that in. I know people say if you don’t give her milk she’ll get hungry and eat but this hasn’t been the case. She’ll just starve herself and cry.

I have a GP appointment just wondering if this sounds like reflux symptoms for an older baby.

I'm not an expert but I think things should improve even they start solids. They did with my son. Could she have a dairy allergy? Doctor should be able to help. Make sure they listen though and don't fob you off.

Reflux at 1 years should be reviewed by paediatrician so I think it would be worth talking to your GP about it and asking for a referral
I would agree with possible allergies.
My daughter has reflux and went through a good period between 9 and 12 months but then it went horrific from 13 months and took until 17 months to get back under control again. She's 4 now and it goes in and out of control

My daughter was mostly formula fed at that age. Her dietician was happy with this. She didn't eat her first meal until 13 months and was 20 months before she was eating enough to reduce the formula. Her weight had plateaued between 7 and 13 months and it was only when she was having her usual amount of formula and food that she started growing again. I think this contributed to them being quite relaxed with her formula intake
